If you are very busy at work then this program may help you to
centralize your thoughts and focus on the more important issues.
At present you will have many things to remember about the jobs
in progress and those still to come. Apart from remembering the
main jobs, they invariably consist of many smaller parts and they
themselves continue to expand further until the overall job or
project resemble a tree with many branches.
If we try and see this in our mind it can become quite difficult
to appreciate where we currently are in the overall plan and what
is next to do and more importantly which part is not yet finished!
Some
people rely upon notes and wall charts, but in when we are away
from the office its not always easy to carry these with you. Eventually
trying to stay organized and efficient can lead to CONFUSION and
finally STRESS!
Computers are ideal for keeping our work centralized within it,
but managing projects without some type of management software
can be a major problem. Even some packages can be confusing and
still prevent you from staying fully organized.
Taskman helps to solve these problems and by doing so frees your
mind, thus enabling it to focus on the more important issues.
Through Taskman you lay out all your jobs in one central viewing
plane. Multiple jobs or whole projects can be created, each one
can incorporate many branches to smaller jobs, all of which make
up the project as a whole. But the important part of Taskman is
that every job invariably requires tasks to be undertaken, this
is where Taskman excels, it allows you to create documents small
or large, either a simple reminder, some notes or to create a
much larger report. These documents can later be exported and
used to form part or all of a document that you can finally use
as part of your job eg: a Report for your boss. Each of these
documents is attached to any part of the multiple branches that
you create relating to the project.
The Project viewer in Taskman functions like explorer does on
you computer, by double clicking it expands and shrinks to show
how all the jobs relate to each other, by single clicking them
they then show the tasks associated with that part of the job.
All Tasks can be given a priority (Hi – Med – Low). The Hi priority
tasks will be the areas you are currently working on and those
which must not be forgotten about. If you include Taskman in your
Windows Startup, then when your PC/Laptop boots the main screen
of Taskman shows the areas you are currently involved, this proves
a helpful and quick reminder and helps you start the day.
Taskman also allows you to transfer the plans to disk so they
can be moved to your laptop when away from your desk, alternatively
you can transfer the plans into another computer, eg: if you take
work home with you.
It keeps your work centralized, reminds you, helps create memos
to reports and is portable.

Download information:
Download the file to your Temp folder on your C drive,
then double click the file, it will automatically extract. Allow
it to extract to the default settings (Do Not change the extraction
defaults)
Once extracted it will then auto run the setup file and fully
install Taskman. When finished run Taskman from your Start Menu
Programs.

use Taskman.
