Note that this course also includes the content from our COURSE1 'Introduction to PLC's so that you learn everything required for PLC Programming. This course will teach you the essential fundamentals of PLC programming that are used for OMRON - MITSUBISHI - SIEMENS & ALLEN BRADLEY PLC's, learn how to apply these fundemantals for Industrial Process Control to Industrial standards.

COURSES 2&3 DESCRIPTION:
If you intend to work with PLC's then learning to understand ladder logic, recognise errors when fault finding and writing PLC routines is important. Not only will you learn how to do these on these courses, but you will also learn how to write PLC Ladder programs for Industrial Process Control and how to write them to Industrial standards. You will gain experience in using a PLC Support Tool Syswin34, which allows you to write actual PLC programs on your PC. The software is a working copy for the CPM PLC series, so you can apply what you are taught and test your work live in this PLC.

Learn how to write ladder logic to industrial standards, how to correctly apply Timers, Counters and Programming Instructions to create working programs. Learn how the Scan can result in a program failing and how to use the Scan to execute programs much faster. Learn how to structure your programs to ensure the safety integrity of the process and the people who work on the processes.
