Q: What I will learn, will it be relevant to working with PLC's for real process control.
All the courses are based upon the subjects we teach engineers in the companies we train for, you will learn what they are taught, for fault finding, maintenance and development.
Q : Do I have to be online at certain time or I can download the books and study whenever I want.
ANS: You can go online whenever you wish; your PLC Area will be available 24hrs a day 7 days
a week and 365 days per year. You can also download the manuals to read offline and you can printout the Viewer pages and read those also offline.
Q: I want to learn programming for Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC's, will this help me.
We have ADD-ON Training Modules that teach specifically OMRON - MITSUBISHI - SIEMENS AND ALLEN BRADLEY PLC's, these can be added to our PLC Programming courses, which teach engineers how to work with PLC's in industry. Professional Engineers will tell you that Process Control programs written for Allen Bradley are basically the same when we write them for Omron, Mitsubishi, Telemechanique, we just change the structure and addressing, you will learn how to do this with PLC Programming Part1&2.
Q: How is the examination system. Multiple choice, written, May I do it online?
The exercises you do offline with the free software supplied, you email the answers to your Tutor. The tutor is a professional engineer and he will help you with any questions you have difficulty in understanding.
Q: When do I get my certificate?
The course certificate is sent by post when you complete the exercises. There is no charge for the postage.
