Our Scantime Certified Engineers have been working closely with EAL to develop courses based on our leading Industrial Maintenance & Fault Finding Professional. EAL is the awarding organisation for the engineering, manufacturing and professional trades sectors.
The next step in training, tailored to your shop-floor.
This bespoke training allows your Engineers to further their skill set by taking them out of the classroom and onto your shop-floor where they will be shown how their PLC programs operate and how they can work with the programs safely and efficiently in downtime situations.
Scantime have been involved in training our Maintenance staff for a number of years now. They have helped improve and maintain the skill-set that is critical for working with processes such as ours. From these various courses we now have Maintenance staff being more confident and capable in working and fault finding on our PLCs.
In our 21st-century manufacturing industry, PLC training gives your Engineers the tools that they require to ensure your production lines perform efficiently and safely. All of our training courses cover various engineering disciplines including, the use of professional software development tools, writing control routines, fault finding and diagnosis of manufacturing problems by the use of a PLC and more.
Our training solutions can be provided to your Engineers and Apprentices onsite at your place of work, at our training centre in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear, or if you prefer your Engineers and Apprentices to learn remotely, we also have online solutions as well, it's your choice.
Annual or One-off Training
Depending on your company needs, we can supply training packages suited towards an annual training plan, similar to what we provide to Jaguar Land Rover and Toyota, which is delivered on a yearly basis to make certain current Engineers and Apprentices are equipped with the skills of working with your PLCs on the shop-floor, safely and efficiently, as well as re-training those who have attending previous courses to ensure your training investment was not lost.
Alternatively, one-off training packages can be supplied to your Engineers and Apprentices upon request.
