These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the prize draw competition (“Prize Draw”) organised by Scantime Training Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Organiser

The organiser of the Prize Draw is Scantime Training Ltd, located at 7&8 Delta Bank Road, Metro Riverside Park, Gateshead, NE11 9DJ.

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to attendees of Maintec 2025, who visit our stand (5/M32) at the NEC Birmingham on 4th–5th June 2025. Employees of Scantime Limited and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or partner) are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw, participants must visit our stand during Maintec 2025 (open from 09.00–17.00 on Wednesday and 09.00–16.00 on Thursday) and allow us to scan their attendee badges. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prizes

The winners will receive the following prizes:

• First Prize: 1x Lego Concorde (10318).
• Runners-Up Prizes: 3x Scantime merchandise bundles.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw period.

6. Notification

Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw’s end using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. Data Collection and Use

By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data (including name, contact information, and attendee details) for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw. Furthermore, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Scantime Training Ltd. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email or by contacting us directly. Our privacy policy explains how we protect your information with clarity and transparency.

8. General

We reserve the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be notified at our stand or via our website.
