What’s the Role About?

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of Scantime across all our digital platforms. From crafting attention-grabbing posts to running campaigns that generate leads, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand and engaging with our audience. If you’re creative, organised, and love using data to make decisions, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing Our Social Media Channels

    • Oversee our accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter—you name it!).
    • Plan, schedule, and post content that gets people talking.
    • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Keep an eye on trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Creating Brilliant Content

    • Develop creative ideas for campaigns, posts, and stories.
    • Collaborate with the team to produce graphics, videos, and written content.
    • Repurpose existing materials into fresh, engaging social content.
  • Driving Leads and Campaigns

    • Run social media campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
    • Work with sales and marketing to optimise lead funnels.
    • Use social listening to spot opportunities and join industry conversations.
  • Email Marketing

    • Create and manage email campaigns, from newsletters to promotions.
    • Tailor campaigns for different audiences and track performance.
  • Tracking and Reporting

    • Monitor how our social media and email campaigns are performing.
    • Share insights and ideas to improve what we do.
